Story:
On his way to the White House Hammerstein defeats the mark 4 war droids while UN SG has a video meeting with the president of the USA, Vince Quartz, grandson of President Richard Quartz (Howard Quartz's brother). Hammerstein eventually reaches the President but is ethical governor still questions his goal: kill an innocent man (6 pages).Comments:
Mark four droids have more armour, more firepower, ethical governors suspended when they are given an order, but their operating system is slower than the mark three (financial cutbacks). President Vince Quarts is a kind of Schwarzenegger lookalike (like it is said in the story, 'he is an actor'.
