Starting January 2008, IDW Publishing launched a monthly title, Doctor Who Classics, that reprints Doctor Who Weekly original material with a new digital colorization.

There were numerous reprint published by the editor afterwards (trade paperback, omnibus that I don't own at the time I write this article), but a notable one is the gorgeous Dave Gibbons Collection that included all Pat Mills material, and which is an hardcover oversized edition.
A trade softcover paperback version of this edition (same cover but regular size) has been issued on October 2nd 2012.
