Ro-Busters

Story:

Now that the children are safe, Ro-jaws and Hammerstein are once again promised to demolition for disobeying their orders. But it appeared that the children are key to find an antidote against the red mist so our two robots are eventually spared (6 pages).

Comments:

The original purpose of that three part story is probably to emphasize the 'Thunderbirds' style of the series with its detailed presentation of the Preying Mantis, the Ro-busters multi purpose aircraft. But soon one's could clearly see where Pat Mills wanted to go (see also his foreword for the 2008 reprint), developing the comedy potential of his main duo, Ro-Jaws and Hammerstein.
