Comments:
In this strip and the following, Pat Mills re-introduces Ro-Jaws and Mek-Quake like it was told in the first strip of Ro-busters. Waiting to be dismembered by Mek Quake with Ro-Jaws and Hammerstein is Chatterbox (see the first strip of Ro-busters). The cover of this prog displays a Ro-busters story, the first time for 33 years regarding the original strip (since 1984 with the 2000 AD Annual). The opposition between the Mau Mau and British empire has been evoked before by Pat Mills and Alan Mitchell in their Third Word War strip, in 'Black Man's Burden'. From
Wikipedia: Dedan Kimathi Waciuri (31 October 1920 – 18 February 1957) born Kimathi wa Waciuri, was a leader of the Mau Mau which led an armed military struggle known as the Mau Mau uprising against the British colonial government in Kenya in the 1950s.
