Finally, I have found an interview dated September 2013 led by i3t for ComicsCulture (hosted by www.bewarethespaceman.com). When asked about his future projects, Pat Mills stated that "I’m working on a graphic novel for the Edinburgh Book Festival about an SF city that has survived the floods of the near future with artist Hannah Berry".
