Artist: Kevin O'Neill

Ro-Busters

Story:

'Wheels of Terror':  a gigantic tank-fortress, the 'Volganaya' is part of the Volgan great offensive. But it can be stooped by blowing out its fuel tanker. The new platoon of Hammerstein includes crazy 'bomber' Harrison (who believe he is a plane), newly recruited 'baby face' Brannigan, and is led by Sergeant 'country' Joe Farmer. During the attack against the tanker they soon become the last men standing and it's up to Hammerstein to drove the fuel tanker against the Volganaya that is eventually badly damaged and imobilised for several months (6 pages).

Comments:

Nothing except that regarding behemoth tank-fortress Kevin O'Neill is a genius (see also Marshal Law's 'Super Babylon').
