Story:

'Golgotha': the ABC Warriors arrive in a frightened Viking City where people have begun to hail Golgotha Lord of Mars, and to bring him living human offerings. Hammerstein has him in his sight but his gun jams leaving him only his hammer and a dagger to fight the behemoth. After a ferocious blow by Hammerstein, Golgotha impales himself onto the top of a building and then plunges to his death.  Blackblood of course is highly suspected to have fixed Hammerstein guns (7 pages).

Comments:

This story was introduced as 'Night of the Lizard God' in the previous prog. Joe Pineapples language code: 'B.G.'s', 'P.C.', G.4's' and 'K.B.'.
