Defoe
Story:
These new reeks seem to not mean no harm to Defoe and its family. They are in fact after the gentry. Their leader Tom Cox is empowered speech. Defoe follows them in the woods, it turns out that they want Defoe to be their leader (6 pages)Comments:
Several people Hanged at Tyburn by the ordinary of Newgate are cited thoughout the story (real people it seems). In this strip it is the case for Jocelyn Harwood (hung for robbery on the highway) and James Appleton (hung for stealing). The "next prog" title says it all about where Pat Mills want to lead us in this story, i.e. The War Against The Poor.
