Ro-Busters

Story:

Ginger, an old pal of Ro-Jaws (from his 'memoirs' strips), ends up in the Ro-busters after a cruel journey. After the Northpool disaster scandal, Ro-busters disaster squad profit had hit a new low so Howard Quarts is determined to terminate the company. But in order to make a last profit, he decides to arrange a false accident involving the destruction of the Preying Mantis and his worst robots, to claim off the insurance money (6 pages).

Comments:

Ginger is now part robot, part washing machine and carries a blanket. An alternate short version of this thirteen parts story has been proposed by Pat Mills in 2016, in the Return to Ro-Busters arc (starting from 2000 AD #1967).
