Story:
The story begins when Miles Rathbone, head of secret service, and Doctor Moxan attending the funeral of John Probe. An enquiry will decide if Probe has died a traitor or a hero. Sir Miles tells the facts: at the order of Denis Sharpe, MACH 1 last assignment was to investigate army base Aldershot where everyone have been discovered paralysed in a state of shock. In order to discover what has happened, Probe uses an electrical shock treatment device on an officer. Before collapsing, it seems that the officer has seen flying saucers. But before Probe could find out any more information he is attacked by a Scorpion tank remotely controlled (6 pages).

Story:
"Forbidden Fruit": the story begins when Judge Dredd is called to meet an old friend, Red, whom is a strato-pilot flying between Mega City One and Mega City Two on the west coast. A plague, identified as virus strain 2T(FRUT)T, has fallen upon the latter and people are dying in their thousands. Red and his men were to deliver the vaccine, flying over the cursed earth, but when they were attacked right after arriving at the airport by plague men turned into cannibals. Soon, Red turned too into a plague man and Dredd has to killed him. With all the airports in the plague men's hand Judge Dredd has no other choice than reaching Mega City Two by land, across the cursed earth (8 pages).
